Never EVER question God’s plan

Once upon a time not too long ago, I was born amongst poverty but motivated by a dream. My ambition was strong and all the while I was following God’s path - I could never go wrong. I took a road less travelled and I got a few scraps but the journey was all worth it just to achieve that dream.  Mama told me I would make it but some fools just laughed but I remember how the bible say, ‘the first shall be last’. Even though everyone skipped over me, i ignored all the haters and perfected my craft. I hold no grudge I just forgave and forgot. If you want to see a miracle, well here I am. Word of advice; Never EVER question God’s plan. I started down at the very bottom but hard work patience and skills I’ve got them. Your "WHY"

So, I want to ask you a question. What are your fears? What are you scared of? Because we all have fears. We all have something that’s blocking us, that’s holding us back. You can either live your dreams or live your fears and I think the majority of us actually, are living our fears. Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life and don’t be trapped by living with the results of other peoples thinking and most importantly have the courage to follow your heart and intuition because they somehow already know what you truly want to become – all else is secondary. Majority of the fears that we have are not life or death fears, they are not those kind of fears. But through our imagination, we blow them out of proportion and give them more power than they actually have or deserve and permit them to govern our lives as regards how far we can stretch out on our dreams and discovering our stuff. Putting a cap on runaway GBV: The case of Action Aid and UWONET partnership in Busiki

While I thought I knew Gender Based Violence, prior to working in Uganda I had no basic idea about the negative impact that GBV has to an individual, a family, a community and the society at large. Well, 9 months later I bare seldom condone it neither its perpetrators. I have come to know that rights abuses range from physical and psychological abuses to those of property, resource, allocations and/or ownership at household level. This practice is further exuberated on the basis of lack relevant information and awareness on GBV alleviation by communities and in particular, women and girls. While appreciating the women and girls suffer the most, men also bare the same brut effect of GBV albeit few cases are recorded. I am shocked and surprised that Busoga Sub Region in Eastern Uganda is at the apex of Gender Based Violence violations and that the violations are in one way or another, associated with HIV/AIDS infections. And if my life could just rewind….

Without no money, no one can buy your company. Without money you alone can’t face your life story.  I couldn’t buy cornflakes; on those wet early mornings when I woke up I ate white ants and walked bare feet since I could not afford slippers. All that did not mind for me since I had a dream that I was going to achieve one way or another and cut like scissors before my soul care giver could leave me. I got a dream last night, saying am going to be large than life, I had to get convincing since I saw life as a strife and everybody who is in love is looking at love as their icon. No one taught me to make money or anything, life is all bring and everybody looked different to me. If my life could just rewind, like a piece of thread I would feel happy with the little things I had and the simple life I lived. I would respect greenwich in the meantime but now I cannot change you, you’re my life line since am sharp like knife and you should peel fine.
