Small babies got babies now they fighting other, our dogs their dogs have rabies and they biting each other. I have got to be blind, miss sign after sign, time after time, half the time, half the time. I don’t like anybody and they don’t like me more and am good with that. I am living in prison and losing my religion and on thanks giving, am thankful just for living each day. I don’t mean to be harsh but we are stuck in the mud and if we make it out then we are still stark in the dark. Things are changing so i better read the signs; I am only concerned about me and mine at this time. The world is a jungle where peace is not a part of. I believe God and pray he helps me out. Skills in Project Management or Field Knowledge: Which one is KEY?

What is the difference between senior and junior project managers in terms of decision making. More specifically, while senior managers focus on potential project difficulties, junior managers are more easily swayed by their project’s plan and its deficiencies. Spotting problems with your plan and being able to foresee difficulties are both essential skills for a project manager, but my argument is that while the first one can be acquired by anyone willing to put in the needed effort, the second skill is much harder to develop. This is why I believe in the importance of managing a project in a field you master. Up to this point, I am certain not everyone shares this view. A success story shows an organization or individual making a difference in people’s lives. It describes a positive change and shows how that change benefits the people of a given area of intervention. A great success story applies the use of evidence to show the value of our interventions in terms measurable changes in knowledge, skills, motivation, behavior, decision making, practices, policies, social action, social, economic and environmental conditions that derive from a cause-and-effect relationship. You can write a success story about an entire project, program or part of a program (i.e. activity) that is particularly noteworthy and significant in terms of results and its impacts. In recent times, many donor agencies prefer their grant-seeking applicants to submit a comprehensive concept note about their proposed project before submitting a full project proposal. In my 7 year career in development work, i have also observed this trend in many of the major aid organization. In some cases, these concept notes can be highly structured requesting in-depth information about the project and in some other cases, it can just be an overview of the project idea. Lord make me a light so I shine down on my kind, I know am safe with you if I help where I was helped. Her life ain’t what I thought it ought to have been; she is barely 30 but she buries her baby, she can’t even talk but she is already an adult, she had a lot to live for but the society killed him and she tries to walk on the straight and narrow but trouble follows him.
